Jamie was so helpful on the phone and texting me when I experienced a bad leak in my house recently. Even though Alpha Pljmbjng was very busy, he was able to have someone come the next morning to get our water running again. Daniel showed up on time, found the problem quickly, and even gave us some tips for preventing future plumbing problems when we are gone for days at a time. Thank you!!!!

Matthew with Team Alpha Plumbing went above and beyond to bring my water heater that was installed late last year up to code. Alpha Plumbing responded and sent a technician within 1 business day. Did a great job finding a repairing a leak. I had another plumber come out who believed the leak was coming from a hard to reach section in the floor. His plan was to open the walls and remove a large section of hardwood floor to fix the leak. For that mauch work I wanted a second opinion and called Alpha who found the leak, in the wall, about 12 feet from where the other plumber had planned to rip open our floor. They saved us thousands of dollars and weeks of work in our home by properly locating the leak.

I have had them do a new boiler install and multiple water heaters for my business and personal home. I have also had them help with pump installations and water pipe damage consultations. The owner does what he says he will do and genuinely cares about doing good work. Receptionist is helpful as well. This is a great company to call when you have plumbing needs.

If you are looking for a great plumber, look no further than this amazing team. They dropped everything to repair a broken sewer pipe and work along side a restoration company. I had a leaky faucet where the faucet company had gone out of business, no parts were available. Despite that, Alpha Plumbing put extra effort to find alternative parts and now my faucet is working great. They even obtained extra parts so that we can use them for our other sink (in case that ones becomes leaky too). They also fixed my shower leak. Throughout the process, the plumber's communication was great - he explained what he did, what needs to be tightened if the water leaks happen again, and what he can do next with our shower leak (if it should happen again). FYI - our upstairs shower leaked through the ceiling on the main floor. The plumber found three sources of leak. e fixed two out of three as the third one will require us to cut open the ceiling drywall. That would add a lot of extra cost and we decided to let that go for now, because after running the water for awhile, we found no leak from the shower. We are keeping our fingers crossed. :-)
